"Its the devils work"kano based pastor confesses to raping 13year twin sisters and their 11years old little sibling


A Kano-based pastor on Monday, pleaded guilty to raping 13-year-old twin sisters and their 11-year-old sibling after he was arraigned before a Kano Magistrate Court.

"Joe criminally deceived his victims and lured them into his matrimonial bed and had an unlawful sexual intercourse with them and fingered the other one,” according to the charge sheet seen by Daily Trust.
When the charge was read to the accused, he pleaded guilty to the two-count charge and pleaded for leniency, saying “It is the devil’s work.”
In view of his admission, the presiding judge, Magistrate Maryam Ahmad Sabo, ordered the accused person be remanded in prison custody and adjourned the case to 26 September 2017.
Magistrate Maryam also urged parents to always keep eyes on their children.
The offence, which contravenes Sections 283 and 263 of the penal code of law, was reported to the police by one Sylvester Osehi through the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria.
