President Buhari reveals why he invited Vice President Yemi Osinbajo to the UK when he was there

President Buhari today revealed why he invited Vice President Yemi Osinbajo to visit him in London while he was there on medical leave. Osinbajo who was acting president at the time, left Nigeria for the UK on July 11th and was back the next day. According to President Buhari, he invited Osinbajo over to thank him for managing the affairs of the country very well in his absence. President Buhari disclosed this when he met state governors in Aso Rock, Abuja earlier today.
“The efforts by the Vice President were commendable. He used his intellect to run all over the place. I was seeing him 24 hours on the Nigerian Television Authority. I congratulated him and I allowed him to come and see me so I can thank him personally for what he has done.”
Speaking on the Nigerians that staged a protest in front of the Abuja house in London, demanding for his immediate resignation or return to Nigeria, President Buhari said he has come back now and hopes the Nigerians who reside in the UK would also come back home to join him in Nation building
“In fact, some groups in London came and sang the national anthem and asked that I should go back home. Indeed, I have come back home. I hope those who went there are not stuck there; they will come back and join us. Those that are stuck there with the Brexit, I hope they have weighed the implications that it won’t affect them, including those that have property there. Those who are not paying tax here, I hope when they sell their property there, they will bring some of the money here. We need it very badly here.” he said

Paddy, son of billionaire Nigerian businessman Mike Adenuga, took to his twitter page early today to address rumours influencing the bad things people have to say about him. There were indeed rumours that he fell out with his father - hence his relocation to the UK a while back and Paddy noted via his twitter page that although it's nice to have a wealthy father, that money belongs to the actual owner (Mike) and not him.
